I have spoken to my minister/priest and he is worried that cameras may be obtrusive during the ceremony. What do I tell him?
We try to be as discreet as possible when filming and obviously will not move around too much especially during the ceremony. However, you must secure permission for us well in advance from whoever is conducting the ceremony in order to film inside the church at all. We must respect their wishes also with regard to where we are positioned inside the church. If we are too far away it can be difficult to hear the vows properly. It is therefore very important that you check this with him/her beforehand as it can make a considerable difference to the quality of the production.
What happens if I cancel the wedding after booking?
We will refund in full what you have paid less the initial booking fee which is non refundable.
What happens if your cameras malfunction?
Well, it has never happened! We always film with two cameras in order to provide back up. Compensation in respect of ALL SEASONS being unable to honour the agreement is limited to monies already paid and agreed upon.
What is best DVD or Video?
DVD is better in terms of picture and sound quality. However, and please note this, some older DVD players may not play the current DVD blank disc formats. If you are in any doubt we can supply you with a special test disc initially in order that you can check compatibility with your own machine. If it cannot playback, then VHS video will be offered.
Can video be converted to USA broadcast format?
Yes
